My FAMLI + Employer Open for Employer Registration
02/21/2023The Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) employer portal called My FAMLI + Employer is now open for employers to register. This portal will be used to report wage data, send premium payments, and apply for a private plan exemption. The portal can be accessed here.
The FAMLI Program division is encouraging employers to sign up as soon as possible, but registration does not have to be completed until the first premiums and wage reports are due on April 30, 2023.
Employers had until January 1, 2023 to notify their employees by providing employees with the 2023 FAMLI Program Notice which can be found here. If you missed that deadline, we recommend you provide notice as soon as possible.
