Colorado SecureSavings is a new retirement savings program for employees of companies that do not offer an employer-sponsored retirement plan. If you are a Colorado employer that has been in business for at least 2 years, has at least 5 employees, and does not offer a retirement plan to your employees, you must register at https://coloradosecuresavings.com.  After the employer registers, it is up to the employee to choose whether they want to participate.  There is no cost to register, and employers do not contribute to the program.  The registration deadline for employers with 5-14 employees is June 30, 2023.  The deadline for employers with 15-49 employees was May 15, 2023; however, employers can continue to register without penalty.  Please contact us if you have any questions.
