Nolan Bedward

Before joining SSJM, Nolan practiced with a leading Texas law firm, where he represented clients in a broad range of sophisticated litigation matters. His practice included fiduciary and probate litigation, trust and estate disputes, business litigation, and other complex civil matters. He also counseled executors, trustees, and beneficiaries throughout the probate and trust administration process and assisted clients with estate planning designed to preserve wealth and accomplish long-term personal and family objectives.

Prior to entering private practice, Nolan served as a judicial law clerk to Judges Guy Herman and Nicholas Chu of Travis County Probate Courts #1 & #2, respectively, where he gained invaluable insight into the judicial decision-making process and developed a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and advocacy. His clerkship experience provided him with a practical understanding of courtroom procedure and the considerations that shape effective litigation strategy.

Drawing on his experience in both the courtroom and private practice, Nolan is committed to providing thoughtful, practical counsel tailored to each client's goals. He approaches every matter with careful attention to detail, clear communication, and a focus on achieving efficient, effective results.  As a member of SSJM, Nolan works closely with clients to navigate fiduciary disputes, probate administration, civil litigation, and estate planning matters with personalized service and responsive representation.
