Erin is a proud graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. After practicing medical malpractice (on both sides of the bar) and other civil litigation in Beaumont and Houston, Erin returned to Austin in 2006. After a brief solo practice in general civil litigation, including family law, employment law, personal injury and contract disputes, Erin focused her practice on insurance defense, defending insured companies and individuals in construction defect cases, workplace injuries, premises liability, and personal injury cases, as well as defending insurance companies in bad faith cases and underinsured motorist cases. With a proven track record in securing favorable outcomes through jury trials, dispositive motions, arbitrations, and negotiated settlements, Erin especially enjoys developing innovative and aggressive defense strategies, mentoring and coordinating litigation teams, and earning the trust of her clients.
