Rebecca joined our team in 2021 after six years of practice in Austin, with a diverse legal background in real estate and corporate matters, including commercial leasing, business litigation, entitlement projects, debt collection, and environmental compliance.
She continues to concentrate most of her time in these areas, with a particular focus on the preparation of loan documents for financial institutions, lease negotiations, drafting and reviewing contracts and title documents related to property sales, acquisitions, development and other real estate transactions, and drafting and reviewing forms and agreements related to entity formation and corporate transactions.PUBLICATIONS
