Ms. Kralt’s practice focuses on complex insurance coverage analysis and related disputes.
Ms. Kralt is an experienced insurance coverage attorney, specializing in the resolution of complex disputes across a wide range of industries. She regularly advises primary and excess insurers on their defense and indemnity obligations, preparing detailed coverage assessments, reservations of rights letters, and denial analyses. Ms. Kralt advocates for insurers in disputes involving policy interpretation, alleged bad faith, and coverage denials. Known for her meticulous and detail-oriented approach, Ms. Kralt helps clients evaluate the strengths and risks of their coverage positions and provides strategic guidance to protect their interests.She has represented insurers in mediations, negotiated favorable settlements, and successfully managed high-stakes litigation nationwide. Her clients rely on her ability to navigate intricate policy provisions and evolving insurance law with clarity, creativity, and precision.
Additionally, Ms. Kralt has experience with employment law, bankruptcy, and all stages of complex, commercial and securities litigation, including at the appellate level, where she was part of a team that secured a unanimous victory at the United States Supreme Court.
Ms. Kralt earned her J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was a legal writing teaching quizmaster, a teaching assistant, a research assistant, and participated in the Supreme Court Clinic. Prior to law school, Ms. Kralt practiced as a registered nurse.
