Legal Experience
Mr. Buono is engaged in a civil trial and business litigation practice involving complex business disputes and torts. He has handled a wide range of cases in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings, including professional liability, accounting malpractice, consulting services, software implementation, trademark and copyright infringement and enforcement, deceptive trade practices, insurance coverage, unfair competition, trade secret and noncompetition disputes and contractual disputes. In addition, Mr. Buono has represented and provided counsel to clients on matters such as trademark and copyright registration, commercial matters, contractual negotiations and auction related matters.
